Maître Dr. Aurélien Raccah
Lawyer at the Paris Bar and Doctor of Law from the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence, Maître Aurélien Raccah specializes in European law and litigation related to EU funds.
​
Founding partner of the firm ELEA AVOCAT, he advises and represents his clients before both national and European courts.
​
As a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Lille, he directs the Master in EU Law & Litigation.
​
Trained at the law firm August & Debouzy, he also worked at the French Council of State, the EU Committee of the Regions, and the insurance company SMACL.
​
He is fluent in French, English, German and Italian, and has working knowledge enabling him to handle cases in Spanish and Romanian.

Ludovica Braga
Currently an intern at ELEA AVOCAT law firm, Ludovica holds a Franco-Italian double degree with honors awarded by Paris-Panthéon-Assas University and the University of Padua.

This integrated academic background has enabled her to acquire a solid legal culture in European, and international law, with a particular interest in financing law of the European Union.
​
During her internship at the European Commission, she worked on complex matters relating to EU borrowing, lending, and asset management, contributing in particular to the implementation of major programs such as Next Generation EU.
​
Her experience in law firms also allowed her to actively participate in the preparation of litigation cases, thereby strengthening her professional practice.
She is fluent in French and English and is a native Italian speaker.
